Collection and purposes of data processing

The SELLER collects on the SITE personal data concerning its Users, including through cookies. USERS can disable cookies by following the instructions provided by their browser.

This data collection is done when the User:

  • create an account
  • subscribes to newsletters or alerts proposed by the SELLER
  • makes an order or a request for return on the site
  • puts products in his shopping cart, through functional cookies (see paragraph "Cookies"), to allow him to finalize his purchase later
  • contacts the SELLER's Customer Service by any means of communication made available to him/her, such as e-mail, instant messaging (chat), etc.
  • participates in a promotional game/competition game
  • browses the Site and consults articles
  • writes a comment or opinion on an article
  • fills in an information entry form, questionnaires on the Site

The data collected are necessary for the following processing operations:

  • Management and follow-up of commercial relations between the SELLER and the customer (in particular operations relating to orders, deliveries and returns, transactions, payments and invoices, complaints, etc.).
  • Sending commercial prospecting (see paragraph "Newsletters")
  • Personalization of the Site's content, display of targeted ads, particularly on social networks.
  • Sharing information with our business partners
  • Provision of sharing buttons to social networks
  • Implementation of promotional games
  • Production of statistics for audience measurement and marketing research
  • Prevention and fight against fraud when paying for the order
Account creation, forms and questionnaires

The User must fill in all the fields of the account creation form or any form for entering information on the Site, with the exception of fields displayed as optional, i. e. not indicated by an asterisk.
Optional information is collected by THE SELLER and allows to better know the Users of the Site.

All information marked with an asterisk is mandatory. The User must answer them.

Any failure to reply will result in the non creation of an account or the non-validation of the information entry form. THE SELLER will not comply with the User's requests.

Data recipients

The data collected are intended for the SELLER's use. The data may be transmitted to commercial and advertising partners.

The data may also be processed by subcontractors that THE SELLER uses for the purpose of customizing the content of the Site, sending personalized promotional offers, and sending orders.

Right of access, rectification and deletion

The User is informed that this automated processing of personal data has been declared to the CNIL. In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. The user may expressly object to the processing of his or her personal data. To do so, simply write a letter to 36 rue Clément Ader 91700 FLEURY MEROGIS or fill in the online form Contact Customer Service, indicating your full name and postal address. His request must be signed and accompanied by a valid identity document bearing his signature. The User may specify the address to which the answer should be sent.

THE SELLER has a period of 2 months from the receipt of the User's request to reply. At the end of this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative response or absence of a response from the SELLER, and the CLIENT may also exercise this right directly from his customer account, where the User will be able to consult his personal data, modify them or request their removal.

Data retention period

THE SELLER shall keep the data for a period of five years from the end of the relationship with the customer or prospect. The deadline starts from either the last order, or the last connection to the customer account, or the last call to customer service, or the sending of an email to customer service, or a click on a hyperlink in an email sent by THE SELLER, or the placing of products in the basket without completion of the purchase, or finally a positive response to an email asking if the customer wishes to continue to receive business development at the end of the five-year period. At the end of this period, the data of the customer or prospect will be anonymized.

Nevertheless, information used to establish proof of a right or contract, or stored in compliance with a legal obligation, may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Newsletters

When creating his account and later in managing his preferences via the "My account" section, the User can subscribe to the SELLER's newsletter and thus choose to be informed at regular intervals of the offers offered on the Site. He has the possibility at any time to modify the information he wishes to receive or to unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided for this purpose at the bottom of each of the newsletters.

The Identified User who has chosen one or more services offered by the Site is also subscribed to the newsletter. By way of exception to the foregoing and in accordance with Article L 34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code, the SELLER may send commercial prospecting by electronic means to the User who has not given his prior consent provided that the User is already a SELLER customer, that he has not objected to receiving commercial prospecting when creating his account and that the prospecting concerns products or services similar to those already provided by the SELLER. He can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter.

Postal mail and telephone number

The customer's postal address and telephone number are necessary for the processing and management of orders and for the business relationship between the SELLER and the customer.

The SELLER uses this personal data for commercial prospecting purposes. At any time, the customer has the possibility to oppose it simply and free of charge on the Site in the "My account" section or by mail to the following address: 36 rue Clément Ader 91700 FLEURY MEROGIS. The user who does not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone is informed that he has the right to oppose the telephone solicitation by entering his fixed and/or mobile telephone numbers on the free opposition list accessible via the site http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/. The user is informed that his request will be taken into account within 30 days of confirmation of his registration. This registration is valid for a period of 3 years.

SMS / MMS

The SELLER may use the customer's mobile phone number for order processing and may also use it for sales prospecting purposes. At any time the customer has the possibility to oppose it in a simple way by replying STOP to the SMS received.

Definition of the cookie

The SELLER uses cookies to recognize the User (customer or not) when connecting to the Site.

At the time of placing the order, no bank data is collected or stored by the SELLER.
