Always in search of customer satisfaction, we offer you the possibility to collect your item(s) yourself in our 10 000m² warehouse in Fleury Mérogis and thus save on delivery costs on your order.

How to choose this withdrawal method?

On the "your order" page, under the question "place of delivery?" you must select "Pick up at the Paris sud store" at Fleury Mérogis.

How to collect your item(s)?

After payment and once your order has been confirmed by our services, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
If the product is in stock (specified when you place your order), you can pick it up 48 hours after sending this confirmation.
We will inform you by e-mail of the address of our platform as well as an access map and the steps to follow.
You have 30 days to pick up your items. After this period, you may be charged storage fees.
Withdrawals are only made by appointment.
